‘King of the Hill’ Revival Sets Premiere Date on Hulu, Reveals First Look

Disney-owned streaming service Hulu will bring the long-awaited King of the Hill revival to viewers on August 4, 2025. The animated comedy’s 14th season finds the Hills and their friends several years older, with Hank and Peggy Hill newly retired after a stint in Saudi Arabia and their son Bobby now a 21-year-old chef in Dallas. Consisting of ten brand-new episodes, the revival reunites original creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels alongside many returning voice actors, including Judge (Hank Hill), Pamela Adlon (Bobby Hill), Kathy Najimy (Peggy Hill), and Stephen Root (Bill Dauterive). After original voice actor Johnny Hardwick’s passing in 2023, Toby Huss takes over the role of Dale Gribble beginning in episode seven. Viewers can stream all episodes at launch via Hulu and Disney+ (Hulu hub) in the U.S. as part of Disney’s strategy to expand its adult animation catalog with fan-favorite franchises. Expect exclusive behind-the-scenes features too.
